---New way to judge assistance work..I want to get out of the "repsxsets" mentality for some assistance work...my new goal will be a set number of reps...in however many sets it takes...this way, I still get the volume I need, but dont necessarily need to be as intese on every single set..I think this will work for me in the long run.
