*Good squatting today. Nice and easy. My hips felt good and I had no problem getting deep enough. Somehow I got a small hole in my sandbag and I had to duck tape it shut lol. Idk how a US Army duffel bag manages to get a hole in it other than knifing it. Oh Well that is why we have duck tape.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
