squat:
345x3
365x3
385x3
420x1, 2 sets

235x10, 4 sets

Incline Ball Twist:
8lb ballx8 each side, 4 sets

-had someone throw a ball out to my sides, caught it with one hand..worked the obliques well

-squats felt good...lots of hard work, could only manage 4 sets
