I agree with bicep curls . . . . I want to work through it though.
I have never tried it while walking or doing any cardio . . . I use powerlifting knee wraps . . . like 30" ones so I look like a clown already doing the occlusion but the to add to the mess I have about 15inches of extra wrap hanging around hah.
