I was going too tight and wasn't doing the approach that Jeremy provided but rather applying it to my hyper chest and arm day via PHAT routine. I KNOW I was going too tight because it felt like blood vessels were about to pop in my forearms, I usually worked through it but my arms were purple after each set and I would unwrap so now I am going to wrap a little more loosely and focus on moderate restriction vs. almost completely restricting.
