*Sunday Funday. I thought today would be the day I hit 277 on the log but it was not. The first attempt my right leg slipped forward and I dropped it. The second attempt I wasted too much energy on the clean and had nothing left on the press. Everything else went fairly well.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
