thanks superbilt!!! I am definately liking my progress.
So it's deload week, and I HATE them. Not because I dont want to deload, but because I feel like going to the gym to basically just warm up is a waste of my time and efforts...with the exception of squat day (was tuesday for me this week)
today I decided to sleep in (I am deloading!!) after work I will be doing a light jog with some pushups, pullups, situps mixed in. I have to get my body ready for a PT test next week (only diagnostic to see where the unit is at)...I know I wont have a problem with it, but some GPP never hurts.
today I will run 3 ish miles, nice jog..with 3 stops for pushups, situps and pullups..not sure how many of each..but a few "hard" sets wont hurt. after today, I will rest until Sunday, when I start my program again.

50 pushups
25 situps
10 chinups
run 1 mile (7:30 pace)
50 pushups
25 situps
10 chinups
run 1 mile (7:30 pace)
50 pushups
25 situps
10 chinups
26 minutes total
not a bad little workout!! pushups were done as a huge set of 50. was only allowed to "rest" in the pushup position
