my big thing is how will it affect my building capability stacked with methadrone and yoked, pink magic are the current supps im on. it seems i have hit the perverbial wall and cant seem to get past it. any ideas? i switched my workout up to drop sets and 5 sets instead of 4 and upped the reps from 1o to 12 with 3 sets consecutive 3 second break then 2 more.
