I keep gaining weight (210 ish now, still relatively lean too), and to keep me sane about knowing it is not fat I am gaining, I must keep up the intensity on sprints! plus I am seeing some great carry over into the gym; I feel very conditioned
Deload:
box squat (12 inch box, just below parellel):
255x5, 3 sets
SS w/
BW pullupsx10, 3 sets
Power cleans:
165x5, 3 sets
-getting better at the catch, dont need to bring myself into a full front squat now..although those do give an overall better "doing work" feel!
