Db side bend-
*I am weaker than I though I would be. I plan to do each lift twice a week one heavy (3-5 reps) one light for speed and techique. It would be dumb to do this based on percentage so I am sure my lifts took a giant dump.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
