*Finally back and ready to lift for real again. I think I have bronchitis but it is starting to improve. Today was my best day in a week. I had a set back saturday and part of my wound opened a little but has since closed for the most part and now I am ready to train again.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
