Monday Workout 2/6/12

Squat
3 sets of 8 @ 330

Bench
250x1 (missed 2)
225x3

CG Bench
230x2 (didn't attempt 3rd)

RDLs
3 sets of 8 @ 235

Finally stalled on bench on my 6th week. Most likely doing a light bench day on Thursday then maxing out bench on Saturday.
