*I had to skip friday because my wound opened a little bit probably from Monday on Squats/DL which I probably did too soon. However, the good news is it has nearly closed all the way since then and it is going well. Hopefully, when I go back to the Dr. in a week and a half it will be all good. Took today pretty easy and felt kinda crappy I think I am getting a cold.
