Friday Workout 2/3/12

Messed around with some hip thrusters with 135 and 225 afterwards. Don't have a pad or anything so 225 hurts more than it is hard. Also foam rolled a bit at the end. Felt pretty good yesterday and today. Might have to do it more often.
