The 1st set is how I normally set up and pull. Then the other sets was me trying to change things. I'll try just gripping and ripping next week for a set and see how it looks.
Finally stalled on my 5x5 bench today. It was the 5th week I've been adding 5 lbs so I guess I was bound to stall. It was supposed to be 90% of my old max.
Bench
225x5
225x5
225x3
205x5
205x6
Did some wide grip, no leg drive bench with 135 afterwards. Also did some military and push press with 115 and 150. Just did various high rep stuff to get in volume on my chest and front delts.
