My main thought on fruits is to stick to ones with very low calorie densities, that way you get the nutrient benefits from fruits such as antioxidants and fiber, without the excess fructose. So for instance, most kinds of berries, as well as apples are fantastic for this purpose. Actually all the ones you named are solid in moderation. Whereas bananas are not...I mean like commander said, you can have some banana if you fit it in your macros (like 1/4), but not much because it is pretty carb dense...
