Deadlift w/ Stiff Arm Band Lat Hold
336 x 5, 4 sets
OH Press w/ Band Pullapart Hold
128.5 x 5, 6 sets
Front Lever with Ring Dips, BWx5, 7 supersets
Inverted Glute Ham
BWx8, 3 sets
I OWNED this work out, deadlifts flew up and so did OH press. Also, I somehow had time for an additional front lever/ring dip superset and inverted glute-hams. All in all, 5 extra sets. More work/less time, getting conditioned.
Forgot to mention, did the prowler leg protocol each of the last 3 nights. Feelin' good.
Also, last night did 8 supersets of L-sit holds and weighted serratus crunches and I practiced the mandatories & relaxed poses.
