Trying to get back on the bandwagon 16 muscle lb loss later (211.5 22% bf to 180 17.4%). I'm going to cut down to around 165 then bulk after that.
EDIT: I'm actually 180 at 10% BF which would be a 3lb muscle loss. Muscle is difficult to lose
2/8/2012 - 180 8.5% BF
2/11/2012 - 178 7% BF
2/12/2012 - 178 9% BF More accurate than the last three together.
