A little update I have been working out, just haven't gotten around to posting it here. Been working 10 hour shifts and traveling every weekend so finding the time to log hasn't been in my favor. Tonight I was able to hit 315X3 on squats, which is 15lbs off my 1RM set back in Nov, so I'm getting stronger. I'm about to embark on 12 week transformation challenge, I'll post details in a couple days.
