I'll be honest, the only thing that caught my attention was the "cheaper" part.
I could care less about TV's or cleanliness (not saying I want some guys sweat everywhere, I am talking more about the plates and machines, I don't care if they are dinged up).
Guess that's why I am happy in my basement. Glad you could save money though.
