Updates: Well I have been kicking but in my Ph.D. program...I m very close to wrapping this up...for the first time I can taste the Ph.D.....I am definitely starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Job ops are starting to role it...got one in the bag if I want it, and got a couple others on the horizon...

Training has been just ok, but I am starting to step it up now...may get this journal started up again soon.

On other news: ironman magazine is probably going to fly jake and I up to cali sometime in july for some sort of tv or podcaste interview...not sure of the details yet. They just told me they wanted to fly us to cali for an interview and I was like sure, I'll take a free trip to cali! Anyway, we'll let you guys know how it turns out!

Were pretty close to cracking this refractory story...basically just putting a bow and ribbon on it. Will be several publications coming out shortly. Once those are out, I can start writing bodybuilding articles for you guys. :-) Lots of mysteries I have to keep closed for now, but I'll unveil them soon...

Need to get back on the loop here more....hopefully I can start contributing more regularly...good news is I got lots of new nutrition knowledge from my phd. So you guys will directly benefit from all this in due time. :-)
