Merry Belated Christmas and Happy New Year!
I'm currently taking a two week break for the weights to spend more time with family and friends over the holidays. Next week, I'll be back (Arnold's line) at it hard and heavy with all the others New Year resolution folks. I hate the crowds but hope that it sticks with some of the folks. I know that I need to drop quite a few pounds myself. And, I know the magic formula for weight loss.... Less food and more exercise.
