*Decided to take a few lbs of the old training max for bench and try to build back up. I seem to do better on the bench when I get more reps. Shrugs have been working nicely I am noticing my trap/neck size and thickness.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
