Friday - 98 days

Bench 195x5, 3 sets
w/ Stiff Arm Hold

Deadlift 311x5, 4 sets
w/ Lat Stretch

OH Press 115x5, 5 sets
w/ Band Bicep Curl Hold

Maltese Cross Practice, 4 holds

Back Lever Practice, 3 holds

I must be careful with the maltese cross hold, my bicep tendon on the elbow is aching a bit.
