*I know this is probably unamerican but I hate bench pressing. It is such a stupid exercise and if it was not for powerlifting I would not do it. I hate it because it is a stupid exercise and I barely have made any real progress on it and it ends up hurting my shoulder. If I forget to take Ibuprofen before I bench like today it bothers me. Ok my rant is over and one day I will bench 400 raw.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
