Tuesday evening

Various isometric holds and pushups

Wednesday - 100 days

Bench
250x3, 3 sets
250x4
220x6
170x10

Bicep tendon hurting, I feel it is from the holds. It really effected my bench. Normally I hit my heaviest weight for 7 sets and on the 8th I rep out. Not happening today.

OH Press
110x5, 10 sets

Floor Press
110x15, 2 sets

Active Rest:
L-hold
Stiff Arm hold
Band Curl and hold
