*I have been doing less warmup reps on the DL so that I do not blow my load before I get to the money shot and so far so good. I would have went for a 5th DL rep but my hands were killing me from the calluses.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
