Inc twist:
45x10, 2 sets

Hanging leg raise:
Bw x 12, 2 sets

Good workout. I was spoiled last time I pulled heavy and the gym I used had a Texas power bar, the regular stiff bar my gym has seems way heavier to pull with. Either way, my singles felt good
