*Fat, bloated, sluggish and tired is how I felt today. I went away for the weekend and ate too much. Despite that I still managed to hit a nice little pr. Training at home leads to some creativity so instead of doing pullups on my pullup bars which suck for the wide grip pullups because they are angled I took my barbell and put it on top of the rack and put weights on both sides of it where my shelves are in my shed. I liked this method better and I will continue to do this because it feels more natural and better on my shoulders.
