Sandbag carry- (30 sec rest)
*Finally I pulled a deadlift over 565 even if it is only 5lbs more. I climbed the mental hurdle. 570 was not perfect and I slightly hitched the final inch or 2 which I probably did not need to do because I was there but I was just determined to get it no matter what. I think changing my setup and doing less warmup reps has helped a lot.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
