Chest. Barbell bench press. But I have to warm up with DB's first.
Shoulders. That low pulley shoulder raise.
Back. One arm bent over rows.
Glutes. Squats.
Hamstrings. Hammy curl machine.
Quads. Machine leg extension.
Calves. Machine.
Neck. TV.
Forearms. Wrist curls.
Biceps. Ezy curl bar.
Triceps. Cable push downs.
