18 inch DL-
550x1 (add straps belt)
Db side bend-
Prowler- (10 sec rest)
*Well this started out as my 1s day for DL but it was feeling crappy. I worked up to 505x2 and then got annoyed and switched to 18 inch DL and hit a pr. I think the heavy DLing from the floor week after week has caught up and I needed a change anyway.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
