Thanks, no grinding either, I try to stay away from slow reps. I'll admit, the last rep was a bit slow, but still quality.
Left arm lags behind, it has ever since I broke it back in college. I try to do extra sets here and there to attempt to bring it up to par with my right from a bodybuilding perspective.
