Nope, but in the past I have gotten stronger on my DL and Bench when I do. So I thought I would try it out for a little bit. Plus I got the OK from my wife to lift 5 days a week because she is going to gymnastics again lol. I kind of missed hammering a muscle 1x a week like I used to anyway.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
