335x8 (based on my max, 8 reps is where I should be, didnt take it to failure, after a few cycles, I will hopefully be taking higher weights, more reps..)
Leg Press:

Sit Ups: (weighted decline)

-I hate leg press, just wanted to throw in an additional lift to help keep my legs strong since I am not squatting w/ prior volume
