I realize I need to start eating a bit more each meal so keep me satiated all day, it'll also help me prevent the occasional binge at night. Going to make an effort to consume more water too.
9:30a M1: oatmeal, vitamins
1:00p M2: chicken breast sandwich w/ spinach
4:00 M3: protein shake
6:30 M4: chicken breast, sweet potato, cottage cheese
9:30 M5: PWO shake, apple
11:30 M6: cottage cheese, almonds
Core & Cardio with my little brodda at 9pm.
