I think this will conclude my 2 week experiment with HFS. I liked it a lot and I have had more 200+ pound (bodyweight) days since trying it which feels good and tells me it was a change I needed. My legs are fine, but my left arm is starting to take a beating from all of the pressing. I will likely return to my upper/lower split with some really light HFS thrown in. For example, I might throw in some light squats after an upper session, I have found that my form and my confidence are both increasing by doing the lifts on such a high frequency so I want to still reap some of the benefits of HFS while toning it down a bit. I could tell my arm was about 1 week away from having to ditch the bench press like I did in December 2010 after too much pressing. With a contest diet starting in 40 days, last thing I need is an injury.
