4:00 Work out: warm up jog, stretch. Calisthenics at a qtr mile track. run backwards 100m, then prison cell pushups, walk the turn, sprint 100m, walk turn, explosive pushups. x3 sets, stretch after
5:00 M4: PWO shake w/ banana
7:00 M5: sm. chicken breast, zucchini
9:00 M6: sm. chicken breast
11:00 M7: Cottage Cheese
