First time I've had a full night's sleep in this apartment, slept in!
Tonight I've gotta sleep 12-8 and stick to the schedule.
11:20a M1: whey protein, banana, water
1:30p M2: deli sandwich, vitamins
3:30 M3: eggs, onions, spinach
7:00 Jog with 2 sets prison cell pushups and 1 set lunges
7:30 M4: PWO shake, banana, water
9:30 M5: burger, zucchini
11:30 M6: cottage cheese
