2:30 M3: deli sandwich
3:00 5+ sets prison cell push ups, some core, stretching
5:00 M4: protein, water
7:00 M5: hamburger & zucchini
10:00 M6: cottage cheese
Weighed in at 195lbs today. Not happy with that as I think 10lbs of it is probably booze from the past year. I can do better. I need to moderate more and stick with my training above all
