For roughly two weeks up until today--the day before I move back to my apartment and finish my last semester, I've eaten rather healthily and never binged but once. I was active at least every other day. So, I may have hindered my progress a bit, but not by much. I'm going to make up for it by putting myself on a more structured day-to-day lifestyle until the end of the semester. 12-8am sleep -- 6 meals a day, veggies with 3 meals at least, heavy activity 6 days a week, and lots of beach time in between class and studies (for sanity purposes). My main priority will be #1 school #2 training #3 getting out of the apartment
Tough Mudder is 1 month and 18 days away.
49 days counting down starting tomorrow. I might even take a before/after photo set and see what I can really do
