Chest: Barbell incline
Shoulders: laterals
Back: Dumbbell rows
Glutes: Lunges i guess.
Hamstrings: Stiff legged deads.
Quads: Squats
Calves: Standing calf raises
Neck: Straining my last ab crunches
Forearms: I keep them small.
Biceps: preacher curls
Triceps: Close grip bench
