worked up to 305x3 then was annoyed

2 chain x 15/gx15
2 chain x 16/gx16
Rev bb curl/Standing ab-
*Had to make a change because progress has stalled. Gone back to a westside style split to recharge. Going to give 2 week max effort cycles a chance.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
