* I had a stomach virus the last 2 days which took a lot out of me and I couldn't eat much. Today I felt much better and got back to work. The keg toss sim was fun I tried to launch it into orbit. The sled/sandbag medley was fun.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
