Maxed out yesterday. Squats went very well, got a 20 lbs PR. But felt like an off day for bench and deadlift. Missing an attempt and then coming back and hitting it didn't help either. I was so drained this morning. I'll still take my 20 lbs squat pr, 15 lbs total pr, and 6 point jump in my wilks. Here is the 375 squat attempt:
