Morning

Worked a midnight, no time to workout, had to go straight to work.

Lunch

Flat Bench
232.5x3, 7 sets
232.5x10 - PR
200x6, 5 sets
185x10, 2 sets

Active Rest During Flat Bench:
a) Bicep Barbell Curl
55x8 - hold peak contraction

b) Lat Pulldown
110x10 - 1 second hold at peak contraction

OH Press - followed by 1 arm rope press
96x12, 2 sets
