WHAT THE HECK, WEIGHED 192 THIS MORNING.

I AM EATING ALMOST 6000 CALORIES ON SOME DAYS AND DROPPING WEIGHT, THIS SUCKS!!!!

Suspended Bridge Leg Curl superset with Leg Extension
BWx8 with 106x8, 3 sets

Active Rest:
Tricep Pushdowns 40x8, lots of sets

Barbell Curl 55x8, a few sets
