*Pretty solid day dispute some upper body soreness from Sunday. Decline cg bench was improvised in which I put 5 wooden blocks under the front end of my bench and had no place to hook my feet lol. Not an exercise I am willing to go too heavy on. Still felt like a lot of work on the pushing muscles. The prowler sprints have gotten a lot easier which means my conditioning on them has improved.
