Thanks Commander. Soccer plate throws are just taking a plate and throwing it forward like a soccer ball. I don't have a medicine ball so I though a plate would work. I am trying to do something explosive every workout before lifting.
The fingertip farmers were mostly because I was out of time and did not feel like loading up my farmers walks handles.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
