8/24/11 Bench 5s
BB curl/Face pull-
*Pretty good today. It was nice to do Db presses and bb curls which I usually dont do. Only issue was my left shoulder bothered me a little on benches which sucks because my right shoulder was the problem child for so long.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
